Product description

Product Overview:

This professional Epson Printhead Cleaning Machine is designed to effectively unclog, restore, and maintain Epson printheads commonly used in wide-format inkjet printers, DTG/DTP printers, and UV printers. It combines ultrasonic vibration with pressure flushing circulation to remove dried ink, pigment residues, and blockages from the nozzle channels.

Suitable for printhead models including DX6, DX7, I3200, XP600, 4720, and , this machine is an essential tool for print shops, maintenance centers, and industrial printing operations

Key Working Principle:

Ultrasonic Cleaning (40KHz): High-frequency vibration breaks down solidified ink particles and deposits inside the printhead.

Pressure Flushing Circulation: Cleaning fluid is cycled through the printhead under controlled pressure to flush out dislodged debris.

Anti-Pumping & Reversible Flow: Supports both forward and reverse flushing to thoroughly clean from multiple directions

How to Use (Basic Steps):

Remove the printhead and clean its surface to prevent filter clogging.

Pour cleaning fluid into the storage tank (minimum level above the outlet port).

Install the printhead onto the support frame and connect the inlet to the flushing pipe.

Set the flow control knob to minimum, then start the flush button.

Activate ultrasonic cleaning for 15 seconds, then pause for 10 minutes. Repeat up to 3 cycles per session.

After cleaning, replace with fresh cleaning fluid and repeat until the ejected fluid is clean and even.

Note: Do not use ultrasonic mode more than 15 times per day, with 23 minutes interval between each use.

5 Key Selling Points

1. Dual Cleaning System Ultrasonic + Pressure Flushing

Combines high-frequency ultrasonic vibration (40KHz) with controlled pressure circulation to break down and flush out even stubborn dried ink deposits. This dual-action approach achieves a cleaning success rate of approximately 95% for blocked nozzles.

2. Wide Compatibility Supports Multiple Epson Printhead Models

Works with a broad range of Epson printheads including DX6, DX7, I3200, XP600, 4720. Also compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, UV, and water-based ink types.

3. Adjustable Flow & Pressure Control

Features a flow control knob that allows you to adjust flushing pressure from gentle to strong, preventing damage to delicate nozzle structures. Supports both forward and reverse (anti-pumping) flushing modes for thorough cleaning.

4. Timer & Cycle Management

Built-in timing control allows you to set ultrasonic cleaning cycles and soaking durations. Typical cycle: 30 seconds ultrasonic + 3 minutes rest, repeated up to 5 times per session. Helps prevent over-cleaning and extends printhead lifespan.

5. User-Friendly Design & Compact Size

Lightweight (6.2 kg) and compact design fits easily on any workbench. Transparent cover allows real-time observation of the cleaning process. No special tools required for printhead installation simply snap into the support frame.
